After decades of dedicating literal blood, sweat, and tears to the body modification industry, in 2018, Jared Hill decided to take the first steps towards becoming a mover and shaker. Stemming from a community overrun by pretentiousness, elitism, cliquey-ness, and general rockstar attitudes, there was a buzzing need for change. This buzz quickly became a roar when A51P launched their first brick-and-mortar location out of Area 51 Tattoo in Springfield. The vision was clear: go back to our roots, honor tradition, and kill the ego. 

Originating as an ancient practice, body piercing is uniquely founded in historically sacred traditions across many cultures. We seek to foster these traditions while also honoring the communal integrity of these communities, past and present. This example of providing accessibility reflects our philosophy as a whole: we all thrive when nurturing the community, both locally and at large.

Today we assist hundreds of people who visit us at our new flagship location in beautiful downtown Eugene, Oregon. Catering to Lane, Linn, Benton counties, and beyond, we hope to pioneer positive change in the body modification industry.
