  • What are your business hours?

    Sunday - Saturday: 11:00 AM - 6:00 PM

  • Do you accept walk-ins?

    We welcome single-piercing walk-ins when our schedule allows.


    Please note that scheduled appointments do take priority and will be seen first. However, you do not need an appointment for general inquiries, check-ups, or jewelry changes. Wait times vary.


    This is a great opportunity to browse our enormous jewelry selection, consider what piercings you may want now (or next time), admire the eclectic artwork, or take advantage of golden hour in our floor-to-ceiling windows by tagging us in some selfies!

  • How much does it cost for piercing services & jewelry?

    Our initial service fee for standard piercings is $35.00 which covers the cost of two piercing services (e.g. a nostril and a navel).


    Our initial service fee for cheek, genital, and surface piercings is $50.00


    Any additional piercing services within a single appointment incur an additional $15 service fee. We offer a maximum of 4 piercing services within a single appointment.


    SERVICE FEES DO NOT INCLUDE THE COST OF JEWELRY. We carry a wide array of both solid gold and implant-grade titanium jewelry options that can vary greatly in price. Your appointment includes time to browse our selection and you will ALWAYS receive your quote before your piercing service and pay after the service is finished.

  • What types of piercing services do you offer?

    We are licensed to perform all body piercings deemed legal in the state of Oregon.

    Please note that due to strict licensing requirement laws, cheeks, and all genital piercings must be booked with our piercer Jared Hill at this time.


    These piercings in addition to surface work are subject to an increased service fee of $50.00.

  • Do you pierce minors (under 18) with parent/guardian consent?

    Currently, we will perform piercings for all persons 6yrs+ with verbal consent from both the minor and legal guardian. Please note that the guardian must bring their state or federal-issued photo identification to complete paperwork, and must be present for the entirety of the piercing process. We do not offer piercings to minors that require the recipient to be 18+ per Oregon law (i.e. cheeks or nipples).

  • What forms of payment do you accept?

    We accept Cash, Credit/Debit, and Afterpay.

  • What licenses do you carry?

    All piercers are licensed by OHA, all staff are blood-born pathogen and CPR certified.

  • What is your refund/return/exchange policy?

    We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns on jewelry.


    Due to the unique health and safety concerns regarding jewelry that has lived inside the body, we are unable to accept refunds, returns, or exchanges of any kind.


    If your jewelry has broken:

    This is not a common occurrence, but if it happens please bring your jewelry in during operating hours so we may evaluate it and send it off to be repaired.


    We do not cover the loss of complete pieces, ends, or posts.


    If you have any concerns regarding your jewelry we always recommend coming in sooner than later. You do not need an appointment for check-ups or inquiries. (Sometimes it's as simple as re-establishing tension on a pin that has straightened out after some time.)


  • What is your cancellation policy?

    We ask for a 24-hour cancellation notice for all pre-booked appointments.
